Cancellation by Company
In rare circumstances, The Event Stage may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen artist unavailability, health emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances. In such cases:
- We will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable replacement performer of equal or greater calibre.
- If no suitable replacement can be arranged and the client does not wish to proceed, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
- We will not be liable for any additional costs, damages, or losses incurred by the client as a result of such cancellation.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process are non-recoverable.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under a booking agreement due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics
- Government restrictions, travel bans, or curfews
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Severe weather conditions rendering the event unsafe
- Any other circumstances that are beyond the reasonable control of either party
In the event of a force majeure situation, both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule the event or arrive at a mutually agreeable resolution.
Modifications
Requests to modify a confirmed booking (such as changing the date, venue, performer, or scope of services) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modification requests must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the scheduled event date. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but modifications cannot be guaranteed.
