Services Description
The Event Stage provides artist management and entertainment services including, but not limited to, sourcing, coordinating, and managing performers for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, music festivals, film productions, and private celebrations. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to the following conditions:
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the agreed advance payment.
- Payment terms, amounts, and schedules will be outlined in the specific booking agreement for each event.
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Additional costs such as travel, accommodation, equipment, and logistics will be communicated upfront and included in the booking agreement.
- Late payments may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking at our discretion.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review this policy carefully before confirming your booking.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements, is the property of The Event Stage or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Photos and videos captured during events remain the intellectual property of The Event Stage unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to use event media for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Limitation of Liability
The Event Stage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
